Cah Udang campur Buncis

Lagi 'BT' masak sebenarnya,nyari yang gampang masaknya. Eh, ada udang nganggur nich. Maunya dikasih cabe ijo, tapi nggak ada, adanya buncis.
Jadilah udang campur buncis...ehm....:)




Bahan :
10 ekor udang besar segar, kupas kulitnya
10 batang buncis, potong 2cm
2 buah cabe merah, iris serong
2 siung bawang putih, haluskan
1/4 bag bawang bombay, iris halus
1 sdt jahe bubuk (bisa diganti jahe segar 1cm, keprek)
1 sdt garam
1 sdt kecap manis (bisa ditambah bagi yang suka manis)
1 sdm minyak sayur
150 ml air

Cara Membuat :
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga harum.
2. Masukkan udang dan cabe merah, tumis hingga udang berubah warna.
3. Masukkan buncis, tumis sebentar, tambahkan air dan bumbu lainnya.
4. Masak hingga matang dan air agak susut.
5. Siap dihidangkan hangat-hangat bersama nasi putih hangat.
