Ingredients:
High protein flour 500 gr
Milk powder 55 gr
Sugar 65 gr
Instant yeast 11 gr
Egg yolks 3 items
Egg whites 2 items
Margarine 75 gr
Salt 5 gr
Cold fresh milk 150-200 ml
Filling:
Chocolate meises
Shredded cheese
Sliced smoked beef
Topping:
Mix well 2 items of egg yolks and 1 tablespoon of fresh milk
How to Cook:
- Mix well flour, milk powder, sugar and yeast with whisker.
- Add egg yolks, egg whites, margarine and salt, knead well.
- Pour milk little by little, knead well until elastically dull.
- Close with plastic wrap and ferment the dough till doubled.
- Punch the dough, take some dough and weigh it 20 gr for each.
- Fill each small dough with cheese, smoked beef and cheese, or chocolate meises.
- Put each dough in aluminum foil cup, ferment it once again about 20 minutes.
- Grease with the mixture of egg yolks and milk, and add the topping you wish.
- Bake it in an oven with 100-120 C for top heat, and 150 C for bottom heat for about 15-20 minutes.
- Take it out from the oven, and ready to be served.
