End Year with Love Soft Bread


Finally, fulfilling my promise to my beloved daughter to have a special baking class for her. It is a perfect day for baking something for our love one, family, especially in the last day of this year. Spending some time for baking, a daughter and a mother. 😍😍
So, here we are with the Love Soft Bread made by Hasya and tutored by Umi Rina...πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

Ingredients:
High protein flour 500 gr
Milk powder 55 gr
Sugar 65 gr
Instant yeast 11 gr
Egg yolks 3 items
Egg whites 2 items
Margarine 75 gr
Salt 5 gr
Cold fresh milk 150-200 ml

Filling:
Chocolate meises
Shredded cheese
Sliced smoked beef

Topping:
Mix well 2 items of egg yolks and 1 tablespoon of fresh milk   


How to Cook:
  1. Mix well flour, milk powder, sugar and yeast with whisker. 
  2. Add egg yolks, egg whites, margarine and salt, knead well.
  3. Pour milk little by little, knead well until elastically dull.
  4. Close with plastic wrap and ferment the dough till doubled.
  5. Punch the dough, take some dough and weigh it 20 gr for each.
  6. Fill each small dough with cheese, smoked beef and cheese, or chocolate meises.
  7. Put each dough in aluminum foil cup, ferment it once again about 20 minutes.
  8. Grease with the mixture of egg yolks and milk, and add the topping you wish. 
  9. Bake it in an oven with 100-120 C for top heat, and 150 C for bottom heat for about 15-20 minutes.
  10. Take it out from the oven, and ready to be served.
